Current programs of WorldLink include Nourish: Food + Community, Education for a Green Economy, and the WorldLink Television Series. During 2016, the organization continued to develop and implement its Nourish initiative in multiple sectors. The purpose of Nourish is to open a meaningful conversation about food, health and sustainability, particularly in schools and communities. A statewide program, Nourish California, provides food literacy resources to educators and supports teacher professional learning. The PBS television special, Nourish: Food + Community, was broadcast 1,174 times on 320 local public television stations nationwide, serving millions of families. Nourish short films distributed online reached an additional 1.5 million people.
