World's Children

Child sponsorship: through the child sponsorship program, World's Children sent monetary aid of more than 194,000 for the care of approximately 800 Children sponsored in india, ethiopia, guatemala, kenya, zambia, tanzania, rwanda, and mexico. This support ensures that Children living in the homes we support receive nutritious food, clean & warm clothes, medical care, a good education, and a safe and loving environment. Scholarships: World's Children aims for successful outcomes through our scholarship program for disadvantaged young men and women. In 2023, World's Children provided scholarships for 190 students for a total amount of 97,498 in aid. This includes Children who come up through our sponsorship program and other vulnerable students. In 2023, 81 students graduated with degrees in nursing and other medical fields, business, engineering, banking and accounting, computer technology, teaching and vocational training. Projects: World's Children also provided over 77,000 for special projects to improve the infrastructure at the homes we support. These projects positively affected the 800 sponsored Children and over 2,000 additional Children living at these homes and enjoying the benefits of the projects and programs we support. These projects at various orphanages included: beds, mattresses, a refrigerator, borewell, washing machine, water tank, generators, home painting, toilets, starting a large project to construct a new orphanage in zambia, and a special project to aid displaced people at camps in ukraine.
