Perinatal outreach and education to improve birth outcomes and reduce infant mortality
Drug free moms and babies project is a comprehensive and integrative medical and behavioral health program from pregnant and postpartum women. The project supports healthy baby outcomes by providing prevention, early intervention, addiction treatment, and recovery support services.
To collaborate with other organizations and west Virginia hospitals to improve health outcomes of first-time mothers and their babies by reducing the number of cesarean sections.
To develop a WV breastfeeding institute and to promote breastfeeding as a public health priority
