The purposes of WWC16 shall be: a. To administer, manage and conduct international amateur wushu-kungfu athletic competitions in the united states; b. To promptly review every request submitted by an amateur sports organization to hold an international amateur wushu-kungfu athletic competition in the united states; c. to organize, administer, and manage competitive, amateur wushu-kungfu opportunities for all ages and levels of ability, including international competition; d. to operate exclusively for public health, safety, educational, and charitable purposes and to further the purposes and objectives of the amateur sports act of 1978, pub. L. mo. 95-606, 92 stat. 3045 (1978); and e. to aid in the accomplishment of such purposes and to make disbursements that qualify it as an exempt organization under section 50l(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 or the corresponding provisions of any future united states internal revenue law.
