XChange Recovery helps individuals overcome addictions to alcohol and drugs through counseling, meetings and oversight. Our mission is to facilitate a transformation that empowers men, women, and youth struggling with homelessness, addiction and mental health recovery to restore their lives and serve as a recovery resource for our community. We provide safe and sober living environments for those in recovery, promoting healing and self-sufficiency.
