XL Ministries

Create and provide publications and resources to assist churches and individuals for the development of leadership skills to minister Gods word. Created 4 new resources in English, including a leadership resource for women, 2 for elders and 1 booklet about training missionaries. In addition, 4 resources were translated into Spanish during the year.Hard copies of resources were provided to numerous churches and 745 individuals. A total of 2748 hard copies of resources were provided, as well as numerous downloads of electronic copies.

Equipping churches to provide Biblical training for pastors and other leaders in the context of the local church. Over 100 churches were supported through intern training, conferences and interacting with pastors and church boards about training in the context of the church. 27 of those churches were approved to actively train interns during the year and many others used training materials for elders, missionaries and other church leaders.

Provide resources to and support for interns training in U.S. churches. 25 interns in various churches were supported through scholarships, training, provision of resources and ordination exams.

Assist churches in training missionaries for international work. XL also provides training resources and instruction for international churches.Sponsored a booth at a TMAI conference (an international training organization for pastors) and a Radius International conference (a missions organization).Translated resources into Spanish and began working with ministries in several countries to translate resources into other languages.
