Program areas at Y&E
Young & established provides a food and toiletries pantry to the youths of the community. We receive donated supplies from various corporations and individuals. Expenses consist of a mixture of in-kind donation expenses and purchases of food and toiletries.
Young & established provides an after-school and summer program to provide youths with active activity. Through game and sports, the youth gain skills in teamwork and problem solving. Expenses consist of sporting equipment, games, and supplies to encourage the youth to participate in active activity.
Young & established runs a food truck and kitchen to provide food to the community and raise funds for the organization. The revenue is from sales of prepared food. Expenses consist of food and supplies used in preparation and serving of prepared food.
Young & established provides washers and dryers to schools and on-site laundry services so the youth of the community have access to clean clothes. Young & established runs a mentoring program for the youth of the community. They also donate backpacks with school supplies to students. Some of the other programs the organization provide include a community garden and haircut services.
