Development of affordable Housing: received a tax credit allocation for a 100-unit affordable Housing development in albuquerque, nm, for families and individuals. Construction began in 2020 and was completed completed in 2023. Received a tax credit allocation for a 56-unit affordable Housing development in hobbs, nm, for individuals 55 years and older. Construction began in 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2024.
