Program areas at Yogashield Yoga for First Responders
Instructor schools train civilians first responders and military personnel the YFFR protocol so that they can go back and teach YFFR classes at their local public safety agencies. We trained over 100 people from dozens of agencies across the country.
Digital programming provides online digital resources to first responders through YFFR University and YFFR OnDemand.
In person programming are classes that are offered to agencies and personnel in person. These can be weekly mat classes in service training or training demoes. This program teaches first responders to process stress build resilience and enhance job performance through yoga which is job specific and culturally informed.
