Yolo Hospice, Inc., dba yolocares is a regional leader in end-of-life care, serving Yolo, sacramento, solano, sutter, placer and colusa counties. As one of only three northern California community-based organizations to be the joint commission-accredited for both Hospice and palliative care, yolocares provides a comprehensive set of services, including Hospice, palliative care, grief support, caregiver support, advance care planning, and respite care. Yolocares has over 70 active volunteers.
