Ambassador Program :The Ambassador program is YBLA's leadership development, education, and community service program. We have about 200 students from high school, college and young professionals in this program.
The YBLA YoPro Program is created for young Black professionals (30 and under), cultivating professional growth, wealth building, social connections, and community service.
The Black Talent Pipeline program provides professional development, networking, opportunities to increase social capital and serve abroad
