INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAM (ILP)Youth Empowerment Success Services (YESS) Youth Quest Independent Living Program (ILP) is a three-tier progressive initiative that stands at the forefront of supporting young individuals in their journey toward sustainable independence. SEE SCHEDULE O.
RAPID RE-HOUSINGThe rapid rehousing segment of the program has significantly contributed to expediting the transition of homeless youth into permanent housing. Through this initiative, YESS has effectively administered financial aid, case management, and various other supportive services, aiding young adults in securing stable housing within a condensed timeframe for nearly 100 young adults. This pivotal approach has emerged as a vital intervention, effectively preventing prolonged homelessness and enhancing the general well-being of the youth under our care.
REBOUND SUPPORT SERVICES PROGRAMThe Rebound Support Services (RSS) Programs extend a comprehensive array of services tailored to assist young individuals aged 18 to 24 grappling with diverse life challenges. Targeting three specific groups, the program addresses the needs of youth in transition from care, episodically homeless young adults, and those classified as HUD-defined homeless youth.see schedule o.
