The advisory council submitted an application with the united states office of juvenile justice drug program for a second chance grant. In partnership with the state of Florida, Youth Opportunity Foundation was selected to implement the proposed traumatic brain injury assessment and treatment program in the juvenile justice system to reduce recidivism and develop a more comprehensive continuum of care upon community re-entry for the research subjects.
