Keys of hope Women's program assists women in acheiving permanent, independent living situations within the community by providing a comperhensive program to adult women that includes a safe place to live for at least two years. Keys of hope serves women in Knoxville who are homeless, at risk of homelessness and who have previously experienced homelessness due to financial instability, domestic violence, mental illness, disability, addiction, previous incarceration and other life-long obstacles.

Phyllis wheatley center provides youth with the tools necessary to overcome obstacles and to succeed in school and beyond through the afterschool enrichment program and summer kids in play program. Phyllis wheatley center has been a trusted community center serving east Knoxville since 1920.

Victim advocacy program is a community-based non-shelter program that assists victims with orders of protection, accompanies victims to court, conducts danber assessments, develops safety plans, leads support grouops and provides referrals to other local services as needed. Services are accessible in both criminal and civil courts and offered by bilingual/bicultural advocates who speak spanish, english, arabic and french.
