ZGiRLS Confidence Program - The ZGiRLS Confidence Program is a transformational 4-week online program led by professional, Olympic, or collegiate female athletes who guide participants through the ZGiRLS Curriculum, which teaches valuable lessons on self-awareness, positive self-talk, growth mindset, and emotion regulation. Each participant receives a comprehensive toolkit of life skills, strategies, and resources to foster lifelong confidence and resilience. Achievements: Results from our participant surveys affirm that we are meeting our goals and achieving our mission through our work. After completing our program, ZGiRLS saw a 100% increase in the number of girls expressing confidence in their abilities, and a 121% increase in the number of girls reporting a positive self-image.
