Program areas at Ridge Area Arc
Residential services provide a home-like living situation for individuals to ensure safe and appropriate living. Training is provided based upon each individual's needs and emphasis is placed upon assisting individuals in enhancing their level of functioning in everyday situations.
Day services stresses training in the activities of daily living, self-advocacy, adaptive and social skills. Also offer contract assembly work.
Resale store provides training for the individuals served by the association and is a source of income.
Home services offer assistance to enable individuals to live in their own houses and apartments. Community employment services provided are job placement,work experience opportunities, employability skills training, job coaching, and follow along service as needed.
