Centerstone provides outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services to children, adolescents and adults. Our licensed clinicians are experts in their fields who work with each client to create specialized care plans best designed for the individual. Provided by licensed masters-level clinicians, these services included individual, family, couples or group counseling, primarily provided in a clinic setting. Centerstone's counseling services can help with addiction, anger management, anxiety, depression, stress and trauma and many other concerns.
Centerstone pharmacy provides behavioral and physical health care medications to individuals via 3 onsite locations and mail order service. Pharmacy staff works with the prescribing professional (psychiatrist or nurse practitioner) to ensure continuity of care in filling and accessing needed medications.
Working with individuals in their natural environments, for example in their home or school. Services provided include: assessment, planning, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of options and resources to meet an individual's specific needs. Some examples of case management services might be: assistance with health needs, assistance with transportation.

Steven a. cohen military family clinicthe steven a. cohen military family clinic at Centerstone was created to support this selfless population by ensuring they receive the care they deserve at little to no cost. Centerstone and cohen veterans network first partnered on the steven a. cohen military family clinic at Centerstone in clarksville, tenn., in august 2018 and has added two additional clinics in jacksonville fl and fayetteville, nc. 3. Prevention Centerstone offers prevention services throughout middle Tennessee, educating and empowering children, teens and their families to make positive decisions when faced with common real-life issues like alcohol use, drug use, depression, bullying and teen pregnancy.
