Affordable housingproviding second chances to individuals and families with poor credit, no rental history, or criminal backgrounds where others would not rent to the malleviating or preventing homelessness while allowing space and grace for individuals to repair their lives.
Assistance programswomen & children supportive recovery home - we work directly with women and their children to provide a safe place to experience recovery and restoration of families.at-risk youth - the youth works program engages south side youth through relational one-on-one mentorship, provision of a safe place to gather (316 house), educational tutoring, after-school activities, and year-round opportunities for new educational and formative experiences in the great outdoors.community Development - we labor to remove blight, renovate, and stimulate the local economy through commercial Development to employ Community residents and restore homes for increasing the inventory of affordable housing.leadership & job training - we provide Leadership and job training for youth and young adults through internship and apprenticeship programs, as well as job skill training and Leadership Development opportunities for youth.
