For the fiscal year ended september 30, 2022, Humboldt Park Health estimates it provided $3,861,144 in charity care cost for healthcare services and supplies provided to members of the communities served under its charity care policy. These members did not have the ability to pay for services received. Humboldt Park Health also provided care to patients who are beneficiaries of medicare, medicaid, blue cross and managed care reimbursement programs. Reimbursement amounts for these programs are less than charges and in some cases less than cost.
