The Pap Corps, Champions for Cancer Research is one of the largest all-volunteer fundraising organizations in South Florida. More than 50 chapters and 21,000 members are dedicated to supporting research for all types of cancer at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, the only academic hospital in their community. The Pap Corps, Champions for Cancer Research mission is to enable and support through the funds they raise, the vital research programs at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

Program areas at Pap Corps Champions for Cancer Research

Through the fundraising efforts of our 20,000 members, we raised funds to allow donations of $8,400,000 to the sylvester comprehensive Cancer center at the university of miami miller school of medicine. The funds allow the physicians and scientists at the sylvester center to carry on Cancer Research programs and clinical trials in an effort to discover new treatments and to ultimately find cures for various types of Cancer.
