Dislocated worker - Worksystems offers an array of services for workers facing loss of jobs. These include pre-layoff services, post layoff services and rapid response services to assist those affected by major plant closures or layoffs.youth - Worksystems, Inc. Invests in an array of organizations to provide education and training services to youth ages 14-21. Our investments help prepare young people for successful transition to post-secondary education and employment with career potential. Investments are focused on low-income youth, ages 14-24, who are school dropouts, basic academic skills deficient, homeless or runaway, pregnant or parenting, offenders, and/or in need of assistance to complete an educational program or to secure and retain employment.adult - Worksystems offers a range of services and information to adults seeking employment, including skill development, work preparedness training, and job search assistance. This program also seeks to produce a skilled workforce that supports regional business competitiveness.approximately 50 smaller but similar programs, all related to training, improving job skills and marketability for individuals.
