Rmdsa provides direct programming and services to over 6,000 individuals living in the Rocky Mountain region with Down Syndrome. It is also the preeminent organization dedicated to serving the needs of expectant and new families of individuals with Down Syndrome.

Program areas at Rocky Mountain Down Syndrome Association

Rmdsa provides direct programming and services to more than 6,000 people living in the Rocky Mountain region living with Down Syndrome. Rmdsa is also the preeminent organization in the Rocky Mountain region dedicated to serving the needs of expectant and new mothers of children with Down Syndrome. Rmdsa provides "new parent" materials to those identified to the organization and builds a long-term relationship of support with these mothers and families. Rmdsa provides resources, educational seminars/trainings, community group meetings, electronic/mailed bi-monthly newsletters, and acts as a clearing house of needed contact information for service providers to families, caregivers, and individuals living with Down Syndrome.
